Felicia Harris was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She attended Spartanburg High School and later joined the United States Army at age 19, where she worked in human resources for 12 years. After she separated from the Army, Felicia began working at Bank of America as a teller and began her college education. She attended Spartanburg Community College and earned her associate degree in art. She subsequently attended Strayer University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in science and master's degree in business and science.
After earning her advanced degrees, Felicia later worked at the Adidas Group in Spartanburg as a business analyst, holding that position for 15 years. She currently works at Michelin as a data analyst. She believes that hard work and independence are vital for women of color. Felicia has worked hard to achieve her success and credits her daughters and grandchildren as inspiration for working hard.
