Gift items such as books and journals have traditionally been a valuable way for us to expand and strengthen our holdings. However, we cannot accept every item offered for the general circulating collections due to limited staff time, space, and the costs involved in sorting and processing materials. If materials are donated, they will be evaluated, and assessed by the appropriate subject liaison.
Many rare and unique materials have been donated to the University Library Archives. We welcome inquiries from individuals or organizations interested in adding to the holdings. Reach out to us if you have a special gift that you would like us to consider.
