Queer Wellness Center - An initiative by 864Pride, the Queer Wellness Center provides peer support and connects people with affordable, affirming physical and mental healthcare. A scholarship program exists to help LQGBTQIA+ individuals afford the care they need.
Uplift Outreach Center - Located in Spartanburg, Uplift Outreach offers peer support for LGBTQIA+ youth up to age 23.
PrideLink - PrideLink provides "health and wellness services, social support spaces, and connection to critical resources for the LGBTQ+ community."
Upstate Pride SC - this organization hosts pride events including Spartanburg's Pride Parade and Festival every October, and Greenville's Black Pride Festival every June.

The Trevor Project - The Trevor Project provides 24/7 crisis services to LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.
GLAAD LGBTQ Resource List - This list covers national resources for LGBTQIA+ people, including politcal, military, and legal resources.
