Welcome to the Wellness Resource Guide at USC Upstate Library! This guide is designed to help connect USC Upstate students (Spartans) with resources for managing their wellness. It is not designed to treat emergency situations or conditions. The information in this guide is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

This guide was created as part of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Campus Suicide Prevention Grant titled "Spartans Helping Spartans."

Within each of these sections, you'll find a variety of tools and resources to help you explore these topics, as well as links to find help both on- and off-campus. There is also a self-care section, which provides information and resources to help you foster wellness.
