Wellness Resource Guide: Home

Provides resources for students to manage their wellness.

Welcome to the Wellness Resource Guide at USC Upstate Library! This guide is designed to help connect USC Upstate students (Spartans) with resources for managing their wellness. It is not designed to treat emergency situations or conditions.

This guide was created as part of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Campus Suicide Prevention Grant titled "Spartans Helping Spartans."

How to use this guide

This guide is broken down by topics:

  • Depression & Anxiety
  • Grief
  • Trauma
  • Self-Care
  • BIPOC Wellness
  • LGBTQIA+ Wellness

Within each of these sections, you'll find a variety of tools and resources to help you explore these topics, as well as links to find help both on- and off-campus. There is also a self-care section, which provides information and resources to help you foster wellness.

Have questions about this guide or would you like a topic added? Please reach out to John Siegel, Coordinator of Library Instructional Services, or Tessie Holliday, Library Assistant.
