The Junior Achievement Program, founded in 1919, is a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for students to develop financial and career skills. The JA Company Program® is intended to give high school students experience in founding and managing a company. As seen here, Spartan Mills sponsored such programs for students in Spartanburg.
