Pre-Professional Programs: Pre-Engineering

The Pre-Engineering program at USC Upstate is designed to meet the entrance requirements for the USC College of Engineering & Computing and Clemson University College of Engineering and Science. The Pre-Engineering program consists of approximately one year of basic science, mathematics, humanities and social science courses. After completing foundational course work, students must transfer to an engineering institution for completion of a bachelor’s degree. Entry to all engineering programs is on a competitive basis.
