Below is a list of known database access issues. This problem list will be cleared and restarted for fall and spring semesters.
TUESDAY, JULY 18: PROQUEST platform is experiencing connectivity issues. SATURDAY, MAY 20- SUNDAY, MAY 21: University authentication structure is being upgraded from 6 a.m. Saturday through 2 p.m. Sunday. Most systems requiring network login or VIP ID will be unavailable or have limited access. This includes library computers and off-campus database access. MARCH 4: EBL e-books will be down for scheduled maintenance from approx. 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. JANUARY 12: LIBRARY CATALOG and other resources (including Blackboard and my.sc.edu) are down due to network/server outage affecting communications with USC Columbia. JANUARY 28-29: PROQUEST resources will be down for maintenance from 10 p.m. Saturday through 6 a.m. Sunday.
