Communication is the art of imparting knowledge or information between people to create a shared understanding. It comes from the Latin word “communis” that means to “to share” and includes all types of human interaction verbal, non-verbal and visual.
Communication Studies is the multidisciplinary study of the transmission of information across context. This sharing includes face-to-face, mass media, and digital media formats.
